Vodafone Group: How to communicate the incredible potential of 5G.

Communicating and promoting the benefits of 5G can be a challenge. The buzzword may have swept the world, but few businesses fully appreciate the power of the technology, seeing it merely as a boost in mobile download speeds. Vodafone needed to communicate its world-changing potential, and how it could enable next-level connectivity between consumers and businesses.

To fully explore the ways businesses could benefit from 5G, we adopted a multi-stage approach. We spoke to experts and businesses in numerous sectors such as manufacturing, energy & utilities and retail. From this work we identified a wide range of use cases that were validated through a quantitative survey, identifying key trends and interests as businesses seek to adopt 5G.

This presented us with a set of use cases that tangibly demonstrated the power and importance of the technology. These were used to help educate businesses and support their adoption of 5G.
