Vodafone UK: Using customer insight to shape a compelling cyber security portfolio
Vodafone Business offers a very broad range of cyber security products and services to businesses of all sizes and needed to build a more cohesive product portfolio that better aligned with customers’ needs, and helped positioned it as a security partner.
Our two-phase research programme started with in-depth interviews and moved into a survey, to gauge how companies perceive cyber security threats, their readiness to tackle these threats, and what they require from security service providers. We also evaluated a proposed portfolio and communications approaches.
We implemented our findings through in-person workshops, helping to embed our recommendations. The study helped Vodafone successfully to reposition itself and grow its share of the cyber security market.
